So nice out!

Just got back from a nice run, I was hoping the strong storms that we are supposed to get were going to hold off until I ran and they did. There was a nice breeze and the temp. was pretty nice also-got a little hot towards the end. Feeling good though, tired once again from work but I've realized that a given each day, haha. I focused a lot of form today and definitely felt a difference. Hope everyone else's run went well, keep up the good work guys. Miss you bunches:) BYE!
